This website is dedicated to the lake owners' association comprised of the 39 houses surrounding Twin Lakes in the Cherry Hills neighborhood.  (More specifically, the houses in Cherry Hills' Zones 1 & 2 that surround the Zone 3 lake. See map for details.)

Annual Lake Assessments

The 2025 Cherry Hills Lake Association’s annual assessment for our properties is $200 and due on or before June 1. After that, the amount increases to $225.


These lake association dues are used to maintain the health and beauty of Twin Lakes and its common areas as well as enforce CHLA covenants and sponsor community events.
